Mini-Documentary-Series
"Do our programmes really make a difference?" With hundreds of students participating in our programmes every year, it's a question we ask ourselves. Is it worth all the effort? Do our students get something out of it? To find out, we asked some of our YES Alumni.
Michael
Michael starts the Company Programme in 2017 as part of his economics classes at vocational school. With his team, he founds the mini-enterprise PlusBit and produces Gameboys. Today, Michael is co-founder and CIO of the company cropled - "Click & Grow", which produces efficient and intelligent plant lighting. He tells us what inspired him on his way.
Donald
Donald told us about the lack of motivation he had at school and how founding a mini-enterprise helped him to find it again. He particularly liked the fact that in the Company Programme, he could combine practical experience with the theory from school.
Henriette
We talked with Henriette about her experience participating in our Company Programme, what came after and where she is going next. Henriette gained real life business experience and learned many valuable skills in the programme. She also got to know a lot of new people along the way, found out about an unusual and exciting internship and decided what she wants to study.
